Licensed Behavior Analyst

Covenant Case Management Services is searching for a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Brief Job Description: LBA will provide Specialized Consultation Services to develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. This includes responsibility for creating individualized behavior intervention plans and strategies/interventions, as outlined in Clinical Coverage Policy 8P. The licensed behavior analyst (LBA) will observe the client to identify any challenging behaviors. They will then record and analyze the data collected, and closely monitor the implementation of the therapeutic intervention support plan. LBA will assess the member's progress based on the behavior intervention plan and data and make revisions to PBSP as needed to decrease target behaviors. Additionally, LBA will provide monthly therapeutic coaching and training sessions to assigned members, staff, and/or caregivers to assist with positive behavior techniques. LBA will independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings as needed and collaborate with the care team to advocate for member services. Tele-consultation services with two-way, real-time audio and video may be offered when the LBA and member are geographically separated. Qualifications/Requirements: Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology Possess a full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board. Able to pass a criminal background check with no identified health and safety risks. Not listed in the North Carolina Health Care Abuse Registry. Hold a active NPI #, CAQH, and NCTracks profile. Carries professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million. Experience working with individuals who have Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Autism Disorder, and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) but not a requirement Preferred experience with the NC Innovations Waiver program.
