Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards, engaging with guests and employees and assuming responsibility for the restaurant in the Store Manager's absence.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Support the manager in daily operationsFocus on 100% Guest SatisfactionEnsure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to franchise and brand standards, including but not limited to food safety and cleanliness, product promotions, and cash handlingCoach and train a dedicated team as directed by management; provide feedback to management and crewDeploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilitiesPerform as a member of the crew in food production, guest service, store cleanliness and organizationAssume management duties of the restaurant in the Store Manager's absenceRequirements:Must be 19 years of age or olderMust have a valid drivers licenseHigh School Diploma or GEDMust complete a satisfactory background check1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent; Dunkin' Experience (preferred)Desire to be a team member within a growing organizationA positive attitude; elevated level of integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer serviceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Work in repetitive motionsMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeCompany InformationWhy DUNKIN'?Sure, it's the coffee and the tasty baked goods.
