A company is looking for an Inbound Reservation Agent - Central Reservations. Key Responsibilities Assist guests with booking lodging, tours, and activity reservations Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Build rapport with guests and generate excitement for the properties Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma Strong sales aptitude with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell Previous hospitality experience in sales or customer service preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
