Position Available Full-time or Part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant First Step Therapy is currently seeking a COTA to join our growing multidisciplinary team in (INSERT LOCATION) treating clients with a variety of diagnoses ranging from age 0-21 years old within their natural environment. We provide services in schools, daycares, ABA centers, PPECs, and homes. First Step Therapy believes in therapist autonomy and allows providers to choose the setting(s) that best aligns with their skill set. Occupational therapy assistants work with patients that have developmental delays, teaching them functional skills to improve independence. Assistants monitor and document progress throughout the treatment period.
