Assembler

M.I.C. Industries, Inc. the manufacturer of the Ultimate Building Machine is looking for Assemblers to join our team. Successful candidate will be able to perform with minimal supervision the assembly duties associated with the productions of various M.I.C. Industries’ products, producing a quality product in an efficient and safe manner. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures Collect material and equipment needed Build sub-assemblies as required Build accessory tables for machines Sets equipment on the trailer bed Submits engineering change notices and improvement suggestions when noticed Check output to ensure highest quality Ability to perform all other related duties as assigned Experience and Educational Requirements: GED or High School Diploma or Technical School Diploma Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience reading blueprints and assembly drawings Prior experience using hand tools Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs. - frequently Distance pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs. occasionally Carry up to 50 lbs. - frequently Bending, climbing, squatting and standing - up to 10 hours per day Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
