We specialize in designing and constructing energy-efficient homes using sustainable materials and modern technology.Your role will involve supporting clients through the design process, guiding the selection of finishes and fixtures, and ensuring the successful delivery of these items. This position is primarily office-based in Walpole, NH.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist in writing construction contractsGenerate material takeoffs from plans and assist in estimatingCoordinate with vendors and subcontractorsProcess and approve vendor invoicesResearch finish and fixture optionsIdeal Candidate Will HaveExperience and/or coursework in residential high-performance constructionExperience with interior design and/or kitchen designProficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Experience with or interest in learning CAD programsAdditional Attributes of SuccessPositive, resourceful team playerDetail-orientedAbility to complete tasks accurately, both independently and within a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsCompensation will be based on experience and skills.
