Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine physician to become part of a supportive, patient-centered team where quality of care is prioritized over volume. You ll work in a collegial, team-oriented environment where your clinical judgment is valued and your voice is heard. Physicians enjoy a predictable Monday Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no nights or weekends, seeing an average of just patients per day to allow for meaningful, relationship-driven care. A comprehensive three-week Physician Learning Journey provides structured onboarding and support from day one. Care is delivered through a robust multidisciplinary team that includes NPs and PAs, medical assistants, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and specialist referral support to optimize patient outcomes.Compensation is highly competitive, with first-year earnings of $300K+ (higher for experienced physicians) and a sign-on bonus. Benefits begin on day one and include health insurance coverage and occurrence-based malpractice.
