This is a hands‑on role with responsibility spanning financial modeling, diligence, execution support, sector research, and ongoing portfolio management, offering meaningful exposure as the platform continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead detailed financial modeling and support third-party diligence coordination.Track emerging sector trends across power, transportation, energy, digital, and utility infrastructurePrepare screening memos, valuation views, and market research.Prepare Investment Committee materials and maintain data rooms.Support transaction documentation and negotiation under senior guidance.Assist with KPI dashboards, valuation files, and quarterly asset reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with capital-raising materials.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, with Business or Finance preferred.3–5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or private equityExperience in analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligenceAdvanced financial modeling skillsFamiliarity with sectors such as energy transition, digital infra, transportation, and utility infrastructureProject-finance modeling experience and infrastructure-specific metrics.Strong IC writing and presentation skills.Ability to prioritize and multi-task.Preferred QualificationsCFA/CAIA progress a plusExposure to refinancings, bolt-ons, or asset-level KPIs.Excellent oral and written communication skills; interact with members of senior management, executives and line staff in a positive and collegial mannerStrong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skillsAbility to operate autonomously with transparency and integritySolutions focused mindset; creativeBase Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000 plus additional incentivesRequisite SkillsAcquisitions, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Private EquityAdditional SkillsBarings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
