The attorney will handle probate, trust, and commercial litigation cases, including drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials. Probate administration, estate planning, and corporate law experience are a plus.  This role is based in Orlando, FL, but allows for some work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsMinimum 3-5+ years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation.Experience handling substantive hearings, depositions, and conducting trials.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.BenefitsFull Health InsuranceVision and Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchParental LeaveBonus PayGenerous Paid Time Off
