Enterprise Data ArchitectThis is hybrid from day-1. Candidates must be local to PA.Position Summary: We're seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture across transactional, operational, and analytical platforms. This individual will partner with business and technology leaders to drive data governance, MDM, AI-readiness initiatives, and future-state data architecture.Responsibilities:Define enterprise data architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practicesLead architecture decisions across OLTP, ODS, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse environmentsPartner with business stakeholders to align data architecture with business objectivesDrive MDM, data governance, and data domain strategiesEstablish AI-ready data foundations and analytical architecturesEvaluate modern data platforms, integration patterns, and cloud technologiesMentor architects and engineering teams on architecture standards and governanceQualifications:12+ years of Data Architecture experienceStrong background in Enterprise Data Architecture and Data StrategyExperience with Data Governance, MDM, and enterprise data modelingExpertise in analytical platforms including Snowflake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architecturesStrong understanding of transactional, operational, and analytical data ecosystemsExperience working with executive stakeholders and translating business needs into architecture solutionsAWS experience preferred; Azure or GCP experience also consideredExposure to Kafka, Spark, Flink, and AI/ML data foundations is a plusIdeal Candidate: A true Enterprise Architect who can think strategically, communicate with executives, and make architecture decisions that support business outcomes, not simply a senior engineer with an architect title.
