Our work directly enables critical national security and defense missions.As an intern, you will work under the close supervision of our business and operations professionals on a variety of programs spanning program management, logistics, financial analysis, and process improvement.This includes -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business and program operationsPerforming research, data gathering, and analysis in support of operational and strategic initiativesAttending program planning and status meetings and assisting in documenting discussions, decisions, and action itemsSupporting the development and maintenance of operational reports, dashboards, and briefing materialsAssisting with budget tracking, resource planning, and procurement coordinationParticipating in process improvement efforts and contributing ideas to enhance operational efficiencyBasic Qualifications:Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0Applicants must be currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior at an accredited college or university and actively pursuing their Bachelor's degreeApplicants must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and effectively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is requiredCandidate must be a U.S. CitizenPreferred Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Public Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with project management principles or exposure to tools such as Microsoft Project or SmartsheetPrior internship, co-op, or work experience in a professional or government settingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
