AI Enablement & Learning Manager

This role exists to close the gap between technology deployment and real-world adoption, making AI a practical, daily advantage for every employee.This Role Will:• Drive practical adoption of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot and other approved platforms) across all employee populations• Improve day-to-day productivity, quality, and efficiency of work through structured enablement• Ensure employees are confident and capable as the technology landscape evolves• Bridge HR, IT, and business teams to support cohesive, sustainable tool adoptionCORE RESPONSIBILITIESAI Enablement & AdoptionLead employee adoption of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other company-supported platformsDesign and deliver role-based training focused on real-world use cases and measurable productivity gainsIdentify and promote practical AI applications that simplify work and improve outcomes across departmentsPartner with IT to lead enablement for enterprise AI, automation, and digital productivity tools approved by the company, with a primary focus on the Microsoft ecosystem.Ensure all enablement activities align with security, data privacy, and responsible use standardsTrack adoption metrics, gather structured feedback, and continuously refine the enablement approach2. Learning & Development (Technical Focus)Design and deliver training programs on systems, software, and digital tools across the organizationCreate scalable learning solutions including self-paced modules, job aids, microlearning, and live workshopsConduct needs assessments and gather participant feedback to evaluate and improve programs continuouslyPartner with business leaders and subject matter experts to build relevant, role-specific training contentOversee administration and maintenance of Nazdar University (UKG Learning), ensuring content is relevant, up to date, and aligned with organizational prioritiesIncrease utilization of Nazdar University by curating role-specific learning paths, partnering with leaders on training needs, and reviewing external e-learning providers and annual contracts to ensure quality and valueProvide regular reporting and insights on training participation, completion, and Nazdar University utilization, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement and effectivenessSupport onboarding and ongoing development programs tied to technology systems and tools3. Compliance & Cybersecurity TrainingOversee KnowBe4 and related cybersecurity and regulatory training programs across the organizationEnsure timely completion and measurable effectiveness of all required compliance trainingPartner with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams on content priorities, updates, and communicationMonitor participation data and recommend program improvements to reduce organizational risk exposureWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (12-18 Months)Employees are actively and confidently using AI tools in their daily workMeasurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and comfort with technologyStrong compliance training completion rates and demonstrated security awarenessClear, documented AI use cases shared and replicated across business teamsPositive participant feedback on training relevance, quality, and accessibilityHR, IT, and business leadership view this role as a strategic enablement partnerQUALIFICATIONS & CANDIDATE PROFILERequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant fieldStrong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools and the broader M365 ecosystemDemonstrated experience designing and delivering training or managing change initiativesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesHands-on experience with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Power PlatformPreferredAI or Microsoft certification (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, O365, AI-900, or equivalent)Experience administering KnowBe4 or similar compliance training platformsBackground in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environmentFamiliarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent)CompetenciesCuriosity and genuine enthusiasm for emerging technology and its practical applicationsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEngaging and collaborative, cross-functional communicator who builds trust across HR, IT, and business teamsData-driven mindset-comfortable tracking metrics, analyzing results, and iterating on programsSelf-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environmentRole CharacteristicsHybrid position (requires working in our Shawnee office several days per week)Full-time, manager-level individual contributor roleNo initial direct reports; high cross-functional influence across HR, IT, and all business unitsHigh visibility with senior leadership as AI adoption becomes a strategic organizational priorityDynamic, evolving scope-this role will grow as Nazdar's AI maturity growsEqual Opportunity Employer
