Assembler OperatorLocation: 41298 Brown Rd, Bethesda, OH 43719Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5 am - 3 pm ESTOvertime: Occasional overtime, would be on Fridays, either 8 hour or 10 hour shift.Pay: $19.57/hrBenefits: Start on Day 1! Medical/Dental/Vision/401k up to 5% matching.Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year, 1st year prorated to start date.Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year.Qualifications:The ability to learn and perform all job functions of the Assembler Operator.The ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and graphic instructions on factory work orders and to understand all specifications.The ability to write, read a tape measure, general mathematical knowledge including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Follow instructions as well as work as a team member.Be willing to assist on all machine centers as needed.Primary DutiesFollow all safety rules and practices at all times.Teammates will be lifting, bending, and twisting while moving material / bundles that weigh 10 to 15 Lbs.Supply machine stations, by carrying handfuls of materials (cardboard) from a cart or pallet to the machine.Load material onto the machine rack.Count and tie partitions sets / pads on a table.Place pieces onto bundler table and strapped together.Stack each bundle onto a unit.Set up assembler by loosening and tightening bolts, adjusting the guide bars to the proper height.Ensure quality standards are met.Perform other duties as assigned by a plant management.Additional Physical RequirementsMay be required to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) occasionally.Standing up to 12 hours per day and walking to and from various machines and locations throughout the facility. Ability to grasp objects with hands and fingers.Ability to repetitively bend and twist at trunk level.Ability to crouch and/or kneel when required.The starting rate is $19.57 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
