We integrate into our clients' workflows to help manage construction job files efficiently so they can focus on selling, building, and billing.Construction Project Coordinator – Insurance Restoration (Supplementor)In Office – Indianapolis, INBalance Claims is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator (Supplementor) to manage and drive construction job files through the insurance restoration process.This is a production-driven role focused on progressing files, maintaining consistent communication with insurance carriers, and ensuring projects move efficiently to completion. You will manage a high-volume pipeline of active projects and be responsible for execution, follow-up, and driving outcomes.What You'll Be Responsible ForManage a pipeline of 80-200+ active project files at various stages of the supplementing processWork from estimates and documentation prepared by the estimating team to support file progressionCommunicate directly with insurance carriers (phone and email) to reconcile differences and move files forwardSubmit supplements with clear documentation and supporting materialsProvide timely updates to clients throughout the lifecycle of each fileCollaborate with internal teams (Estimating, Account Management, Admin) to ensure alignment and efficiencyDeliver clear summaries and communication to clients upon file completionWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent progression of files from assignment to completionStrong communication with both carriers and clientsHigh level of organization across multiple active filesAbility to manage workload and priorities without constant oversightReliable execution within defined workflows and processesQualificationsStrong communication skills, especially on the phoneAbility to manage a high volume of files and priorities simultaneouslyStrong follow-up and task ownership mindsetHigh attention to detail when managing file documentation and communicationStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in insurance restoration, construction, or Xactimate is preferred but not requiredWork EnvironmentIn-office position based in Indianapolis, INStructured, process-driven environment with defined workflows and performance trackingHigh-volume, performance-oriented rolePowered by JazzHR
