Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers who are committed to our mission and values. - Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children. - Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child's learning and development. - Manage the center's budget, including financial planning and reporting, and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines. - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center, director experience is preferred. - Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality teachers. - Strong relationship experience and ability to enroll and retain families. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance. - Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building and motivating high performing teams. - Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements. - Associate's degree in early childhood education, or related field (preferred).
