You will manage all aspects of digital marketing, from strategy to execution, driving brand growth, lead generation, and online engagement.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.SEO/SEM Management: Lead SEO/SEM efforts to drive organic and paid search results, optimizing performance across Google Ads and other PPC platforms.Content Marketing: Oversee content creation strategies, including blogs, social media, and email marketing, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant messaging across all platforms.Social Media Management: Lead multi-channel social media campaigns that build brand engagement and drive conversions across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and using insights to optimize future campaigns.Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.Email Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive sales.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve their individual and collective goals.Required Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
