Home Health Aides (HHAs) For Medicare-Covered Bath VisitsPreferred Home Care of Florida is a trusted provider of high-quality home health services, committed to compassionate and professional care. We are currently seeking experienced and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to perform Medicare-covered bath visits in Broward County and surrounding areas.Position Summary: As an HHA with Preferred Home Care of Florida, you will assist patients with personal hygiene and bathing as prescribed in their Medicare care plans. Also assist patients with ADLs.Responsibilities:Provide Medicare-compliant bath visits in patients' homesProvide ADLS in the homeAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic skin careObserve and promptly report changes in the patient's conditionMaintain accurate visit documentation per agency and Medicare standardsEnsure patient dignity, privacy, and respect during careQualifications:Current Florida HHA certificate or CNA licenseCurrent CPR certificationValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insuranceNegative TB test and Level 2 background screeningMinimum 1 year of experience in home health or personal care (preferred)Excellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently and professionallyWhat We Offer:Flexible, part-time or per diem scheduleCompetitive per-visit payOpportunities for additional visits and case assignments if desiredCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourFamily is everything.
