To accomplish this mission, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and an engaged, and thriving workforce that drives a sustainable future for our company and society.Working at IPG Photonics you can expect challenging projects, a motivating and friendly environment, and competitive benefits.The Parts & Logistics Coordinator supports the Customer & Field Service functions by maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ensuring parts and products are shipped to the customers in a timely fashion and fielding basic customer calls.Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Pulling and Shipping parts for field personnelCoordinate, maintain and track diagnostic field equipmentAssist with fielding initial customer callsHandle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes, including returns and repairsWork with vendors and internal supply chain teams to resolve shortages or delaysCoordinate order entry, procurement, and shipment of parts (FedEx, UPS, freight, etc.)Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in CRM/ERP systemsCoordinate order entry, procurement, and shipment of parts (FedEx, UPS, freight, etc.)Shipping experienceExcellent conceptual, oral and written communications, and interpersonal skillsCustomer focused and team orientedExperience handling technical equipmentWorking knowledge of MS Office tools include Word and ExcelWilling to learn and utilize customized computer applicationsAction oriented and follow-through with commitments in a timely mannerAbility to lift 50 lbsIND123#ZR
