Join us in creating an incredible atmosphere for all ages through our unique immersive experience that even our staff will enjoy!Position: ForemanJob DescriptionLeads on-site build crew, consisting of multiple teams and disciplines, and preserves the overall morale of the crewEnsures that our assets are cared for properly in the field, and that our crews keep all work areas clean and organized Assists with the setup of all BOH space used for load-out, including any tent builds and shipping container placementsHolding pre-shift and post-shift meetings with the crew to discuss work goals and accomplishmentsTakes part in daily meetings with the Producer and/or the Director of Assets during load-in and load-out to review the resource plan and provide progress reportsGain detailed knowledge of all activations on site prior to load-in, and offer guidance and hands on assistance as required to meet project goals on site.Collaborates with the Producer of Owned Events to determine the best course of action to stay on schedule and within budget, as well actively managing the schedule on siteTroubleshoots issues with assets on site as they are brought to their attention by build leads, and leads the implementation of solutions in real-timeManages the overall success of each load-in and load-out period. Requirements3-4 years of event production experience, with at least 1 year of of leadership experienceForklift certification is a must.MEWP Certification is preferred but not requiredAbility to to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periodsProficiency and confidence in using all basic power tools and hand tools Ability to problem-solve, and properly escalate issues as they are encountered in the fieldMust work well in a team-based environment, and communicate effectively with team membersMust be prompt, and be able to work all contracted shiftsPay Details: Pay based on experience, with a minimum of $300/day.Dates: This is a temporary full-time position: Load-in will begin on August 21st, and ends around 9/10. Changeover takes place from 11/1-11/19. Load-out is from January 6th-17th. Specific dates will be confirmed during the interview process.
