Accounting Clerk

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations and general office functions. This role will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on timeReconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor/customer recordsAssist with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasksSupport general office operations, including data entry, filing, and administrative dutiesProvide customer service support related to billing and paymentsQualifications2+ years of experience in an accounting or office support roleBasic understanding of accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesBenefitsHealth insurance – 89% employer contributionState of NH retirement fund – 7% contribution2 weeks PTO12 sick days per year (earned monthly)1 personal day per quarter (opportunity to earn more)11 paid holidays
