This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in HR, learning & development, instructional design, and content creation. The individual in this role will play a key part in building and enhancing training programs by developing written materials, visual content, and engaging presentations used across the organization.This position offers hands-on experience creating professional training resources, including PowerPoint presentations, written guides, and visually engaging learning materials.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and maintain training manuals, onboarding guides, and learning documentationBuild and enhance PowerPoint presentations and other visual training assetsDesign graphics, charts, and visual elements to support training contentCoordinate and schedule training sessions and onboarding activitiesSupport onboarding and employee development programsTrack training participation, completion, and feedbackAssist with internal communications, documentation, and knowledge resourcesCollaborate with team members to ensure training materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with business needsQualificationsStrong writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsExperience creating presentations and written materials (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, etc.)Basic design skills with an eye for layout, clarity, and visual consistencyHighly organized with strong attention to detailEager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experienceFull-time position, (onsite position- this role is not remote) Opportunity for professional growth and skill developmentWhy Join NOW ExitHands-on experience in training development and instructional content creationOpportunity to shape and improve company-wide training programsExposure to HR, onboarding, and learning & development functionsCollaborative, fast-paced startup environment with room for growth
