Affiliates ManagerLocation: Tenafly, NJ / Midtown, NY; hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days remotePay: $110k - $115k + Generous Bonus + Great BenefitsPosition Type: Full-time, permanent placementOur team at The Recruiting Pros is recruiting a talented Affiliates Manager. In this important role you will own Affiliate Lead Generation the end-to-end including the expansion and optimization of affiliate partnerships to drive sustained revenue growth. This role blends proactive business development with strategic oversight — identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with company goals.You will serve as the primary point of contact for new affiliate partners, focusing on building long-term, high-value relationships and creating win-win opportunities that strengthen the company's presence within the home services marketplace. This role combines relationship-driven business development with a data-driven approach to scaling revenue and partner performance and will require a sharp understanding of cost per lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to optimize lead volume and conversion ROI.The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and highly motivated by results, with strong a strong sense of urgency and negotiation skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation channels. IMPORTANT: This is a hybrid role - you will spend 2 days in the new Tenafly, NJ office and one day in the Manhattan office or all three days in Tenefly, if you prefer. ? Why This Role Matters:The Affiliates Manager will build and shape a high-impact partnerships, creating new revenue opportunities while strengthening the company's position within the home services marketplace.Routine responsibilities will require you to:Drive the expansion of the affiliate partner network through proactive sourcing, outreach, and successful onboarding of new partnersStructure, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements that support revenue growth while protecting brand standardsDesign and implement affiliate growth initiatives focused on increasing lead generation, conversion performance, and overall return on investmentPartner closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns, improve partner outcomes, and optimize channel performanceTrack and evaluate performance data to measure results, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvementCultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, performance reviews, and strategic collaborationMaintain awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and competitive activity within affiliate marketing and digital acquisition channelsNegotiate pricing models, deliverables, and commercial terms across affiliate networks, marketplaces, and media partnersMonitor lead quality and partner ROI, making ongoing adjustments to maximize efficiency and effectivenessRepresent the organization at industry events and professional forums to strengthen partnerships and expand the affiliate ecosystemRequired education and experience:3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or partnership-driven business developmentExperience or familiarity with the home services industry or lead-generation businesses strongly preferredProven ability to source, close, and scale partnerships that deliver measurable resultsStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple partners, pricing models, and performance metrics simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentAbility to work a hybrid schedule (three days per week in the New York City office)If your background aligns with the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to click APPLY NOW.
