Job Type: Full TimeCompany: Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C.Location: Dallas (Downtown) Onsite (hybrid option available)Compensation: $50,000 (base) (commensurate with experience) Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Bankruptcy Collections Manager to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate has a background in consumer bankruptcy law (Ch.7 and Ch. 13), creditor rights, and debt collection. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and monitor bankruptcy collections operations from case inception to completion Ensuring compliance with bankruptcy laws for creditor representationDraft various motions, claims, notices and ensure timely filings in the corresponding bankruptcy courtCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, trustee, and the bankruptcy courtsIndependently and proactively manage multiple cases efficiently, while optimizing recovery strategies for clients across high-volume accounts Required QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication/writing skills are a mustExcellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications (not required)Experience with bankruptcy court filings and software (PACER) Experience with foreclosure or HOA-related collectionsFamiliarity with Smokeball case management software is a plus Compensation & BenefitsHybrid work option available after successful on-boardingHealth, dental, and vision insurance; short and long-term disability insurance availableBasic & voluntary life insurancePaid time off and multiple firm-recognized holidaysRetirement (401K) plan optionsFlexible Spending Account Transportation allowance
