Pharmacist in Charge PIC/Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary As a Pharmacist in Charge PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent pharmaceutical care to patients. Successful brand expanding into Connecticut with a focus in Specialty medications. Seeking a driven individual to join our team with over 50 years in combined experienced. Responsibilities - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff - Ensure accurate dispensing of medications - Oversee inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals - Provide patient counseling on medication usage and potential side effects - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care - Maintain records of prescriptions, interactions, and services provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour Education: Doctorate (Required) Ability to Relocate: West Hartford, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
