We have 45 years of experience in delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple.Please Be Advised Of The FollowingThis position offers overtime averaging roughly 5 hours per week and overtime pay would be time and a half for any hours worked over 40This position requires a valid driver's license; Company Vehicle is providedFeldco is honored to have been named a top workplace in 2023 by the Chicago Tribune making us a 10-time award winner!Responsibilities Conduct Precise MeasurementsVisit customers’ homes post-sales closure to greet and take accurate measurements for windows, doors, siding, or roofing replacementsInput measurements into the system using the tablet provided to ensure the accurate creation of purchase ordersPerform Service and Repair WorkSchedule and attend service appointments requested by customers through the operations department to address issues like drafty windows, crooked window frames, etc.Utilize the tablet to manage and view appointment schedules efficientlyPurchasing of ProductsOversee the procurement of products necessary for customer projectsVerify Contract DetailsEnsure all contract details are accurate and confirmed on the tablet provided before proceeding with any installations or servicesConduct Installation InspectionsPerform thorough inspections of installations to verify quality and compliance with standardsEngage & Delight CustomersProvide exceptional customer service to engage with and exceed customer expectations at every interactionJob QualificationsPreferred, not required: 2 + years working with home construction projectsOutstanding customer service skillsExtremely accurate and detail-orientatedPC/Tablet skills for order entry & appointment resultingHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. when it is required for a serviceMust be comfortable performing work on laddersAbility to work evenings and Saturdays to meet the demands of our customersAdditional Information4 Week Paid Training ProgramFull time position with benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Vol Life, STD, LTD, 401 K, and Paid Time Off)Company VehiclePerformance BonusesWhat Can Feldco Offer You?Leadership -- We are the #1 Replacement Window, Door, Siding, and Roofing Company in America!
