Sales Support Specialist
Our client is hiring for an Administrative Sales Support professional to help keep their high-performing sales organization running smoothly behind the scenes.They're looking for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment.In addition to general sales support, this position will be heavily focused on coordinating, trade shows, events, lunches and more. If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, from calendars and CRM updates to events and sales coordination, this could be a great fit.What you'll be doing:• Supporting sales calls, demos, trainings, and events• Managing CRM accuracy and follow-up tracking• Coordinating logistics for trade shows and customer events• Assisting with proposals, quotes, and order coordination• Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations• Helping ensure nothing falls through the cracksWhat they're looking for:? Sales support experience? Experience coordinating logistics for trade shows and events - PREFERRED? Strong MS Office Suite experience - Solid Excel skills are required? Strong organizational and communication skills? Comfortable working in CRM systems, Hubspot preferred? Someone who values consistency, teamwork, and reliability?
