Overview
We are seeking a motivated Implementation Project Manager with at least 2+ years of experience in software implementations or project management. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, training, and delivery of client implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively work with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions.
Plan and deliver SaaS product training for customers, including live sessions, virtual training, and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, customer success, support) to align project goals and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Manage client communications, set clear expectations, and provide regular status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer requirements.
Support process improvement initiatives by applying project management best practices.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in project management, software implementations, or related role.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency with project management tools
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus; or willing to get certification within 2 years of hire date.
