Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and customer relationship building. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships in a competitive market. Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with products and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in order to effectively position our products in the market. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales is essential. Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Knowledge of territory management principles to optimize sales efforts across designated regions. Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify opportunities for business development. Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. A proactive approach to lead generation through various channels including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
