In this role, you’ll take ownership ofestablished accounts, introduce new products, and help execute programs that directlyimpact revenue and brand visibility.This is a hands-on, in-office role where you’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership,marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to market and turn opportunities into results.What You’ll Do• Grow and manage existing accounts while uncovering new business opportunities• Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic account development• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing new products or additionalsolutions that fit customer needs• Provide timely, knowledgeable technical product support to consumers and distributors throughphone, email, and CRM systems, ensuring a high level of service and issue resolution• Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors, dealers, and industry partners• Launch and support innovative sales and marketing programs• Train and support a network of independent manufacturer sales reps• Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and customer visits• Full benefits package including 401K with profit sharing, medical, dental, andvision and paid time off and paid holidays.• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and influence product developmentDesign Engineering, Inc. • 604 Moore Road • Avon Lake • Ohio 44012 • 800-264-9472What You BringRequired:• 2-4 years of experience selling branded products through distribution channels• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Strong relationship-building and communication skills• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset• Excellent organization and time management skills• Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environmentExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficePreferred:• Background in automotive, powersports, racing, or enthusiast-driven industries• Familiarity with wholesale, ecom, and retail accounts in the automotive aftermarketand powersports industries• Experience managing territories and key accounts• Experience selling physical, tangible products (as opposed to services), with a strongunderstanding of product features, applications, and value-based selling• Strong negotiation skills and/or formal sales training• Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities• Trade show, event, and customer-facing experience• Experience delivering product training, demos, or presentationsWhy Join Us• Be part of a growing, industry-leading brand known for innovation and quality• Direct impact on product launches and market expansion• Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment within a family-owned company• Engage with passionate customers in automotive and powersports markets• Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth as the companycontinues to expand into new markets and product categoriesCompensation & Benefits• Base Salary: $45,000-$55,000 (based on experience)• Commission: Uncapped commissions• Full benefits package including 401K with profit sharing, medical, dental, and visionand paid time off and paid holidays.
