Role Overview: This full-time, on-site position involves executing various hardscaping tasks to create functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. As a vital member of our team, you will work on projects that involve the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other landscape structures. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and layout of hardscape installations according to project specifications. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. Follow design plans to install pavers, bricks, stones, and other materials accurately. Ensure the workspace is safe and materials are handled properly to prevent damage. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate project progress and any potential issues to supervisors promptly. Job Requirements: Prior experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or similar field preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Familiarity with construction equipment and techniques. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Authorization to work in the United States.
