Project Manager (ref: 549)

We are currently looking for a talented Project Manager on behalf of one of our major clients in the Logistics sector.Location: remote within EuropeTasks Description:Product Management: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams IT and business side.Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Project Management:Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Experience with management of project portfolio (PMO).Qualifications:Experience in IT Product Management and IT Project Management.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and product management tools (e.g. Confluence).Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).Experience working with Azure Cloud Technologies, SaaS based applications, Data Analytics stack Delta Lake, Snowflake, PowerBI.Experience with management of project portfolio (PMO).Benefits:Remote way of workingCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate insuranceA dynamic challenging environment resulting continuous learning / education / progressionAbility to work with cutting edge technologiesPleasant working environmentAbility to expand knowledge and responsibilitiesUpcoMinds is a dynamic IT company with 25 years of experience that provides end-to-end web and mobile solutions helping businesses to reinvent themselves in the digital world.
