Job Description Associate – Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions – DallasDirect Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions group in the Dallas office.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general corporate or transactional experience and an interest in working with private equity clients across multiple industry sectors. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of transactional matters, including structuring joint ventures and pooled investment vehicles for clients pursuing real estate and private credit investments.
