Our approach is built on:Clean, accurate loan structuringStrong pre-approvals that hold up in underwritingClear communication with clients and real estate partnersOur goal is to create a seamless, stress-free process while delivering a level of certainty that helps our clients win in competitive markets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Front-End Processor / Loan Structuring / Pre-Approval Specialist.This is not a traditional processor role.You will take a pre-qualified borrower and turn them into a fully structured, underwrite-ready file BEFORE they go under contract.Responsibilities include:Reviewing and analyzing borrower income, assets, and credit in detailStructuring loan files (FHA, VA, Conventional) for strong approvalsRunning and interpreting DU / LPA findingsIdentifying and resolving potential underwriting issues upfrontIssuing fully vetted pre-approvals (not surface-level approvals)Communicating directly with clients to request and clarify documentationPreparing files for a smooth transition into underwriting once under contractCollaborating with Mortgage Advisors to ensure speed, accuracy, and a strong client experienceYou will play a key role in ensuring our loans move through underwriting cleanly and close successfully.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in mortgage processing, loan structuring, LOA, or underwritingStrong proficiency in handling loan documents and full loan file reviewExperience with DU / LPA and understanding of underwriting guidelinesStrong knowledge of:Income calculation (W2, self-employed, variable income)Credit analysisFHA, VA, and Conventional loan programsAbility to identify potential issues before underwritingStrong verbal and written communication skills (client-facing role)Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentUnderstanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance standardsCompensationBase Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)Performance-based bonuses tied to:Closed loansFile qualitySpeed to approvalTop performers have the opportunity to earn $70,000 – $90,000+ total compensation.Additional InformationThis role is critical to our growth.We are building a system where:Clients are fully prepared before home shoppingFiles move cleanly through underwritingClosings happen faster with fewer issuesIf you take pride in building strong, accurate loan files and want to be part of a high-performance team, we’d love to connect.
