We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with knowledge of Croatian and English to join their team in Athens — either in person or remotely. In this role, you will support travelers and accommodation partners globally, ensuring smooth booking processes and excellent service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian and EnglishSupport with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general travel issuesProvide guidance on platform tools, policies, and proceduresRecord all communications in the CRM system accurately and timelyIdentify and promptly resolve issues, escalating where necessaryMaintain professionalism and empathy, especially in demanding or stressful situationsContinuously achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets
