This role will bridge business needs with technology solutions, focusing on ERP administration, business intelligence, geospatial systems, and cross-department process optimization.About the company and opportunity:Stable agriculture company with multiple entities Rapidly growing and expanding their businessBe a part of a fun team that loves to learn and grow together Strong mission to deliver excellent service to all customersValues all team members and supports opportunities for advancementGenerous base salary and outstanding benefits package offered Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting solutionsSupport ArcGIS platforms by developing maps, dashboards, and geospatial tools for operational analysisGather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsManage and optimize ERP, including workflows, reporting, user roles, and system configurationsPartner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and system performanceMaintain data governance, documentation, and process improvement initiativesTroubleshoot system issues, coordinate upgrades, and manage vendor relationshipsSupport IT infrastructure and collaborate on long-term technology strategy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, GIS, or related field3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, BI, ERP administration, or related rolesStrong experience with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modelingExperience with ArcGIS or other geospatial platforms preferredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for non-technical teams#LI-EM1 #INMAY2026 #LI-onsite
