These guiding principles inspire creative decision-making in all our efforts.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a role that is equal parts organization, communication, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone experienced, thoughtful, and self-directed—someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to a fast-moving environment, and is looking for meaningful, part-time work.About the RoleThis is not a task-based administrative role.You will act as the organizational hub around the CEO, helping manage communication, streamline information, and ensure that important work moves forward.The right person will take ownership, exercise judgment, and reduce the day-to-day friction that comes with running a multi-unit business. This is a long-term position so please don't apply if PT work would be temporary for you. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Inbox Management- Review and triage CEO inbox daily- Draft responses and handle routine communication- Route requests to appropriate team members- Ensure timely follow-up on important itemsCalendar & Scheduling- Manage CEO calendar and scheduling- Coordinate internal leadership meetings and external appointments- Ensure meetings are well-prepared and purposefulInformation & Document Organization- Organize and maintain Dropbox systems across the organization- Create clear, intuitive folder structures and naming conventions- Ensure key documents are easy to locate and useAdministrative & Project Support- Manage business certifications, licensing, and documentation- Assist with investor and business materials- Support special projects and research- Track action items and follow up when neededWhat Success Looks Like- The CEO’s inbox is manageable and prioritized- Scheduling is smooth and efficient- Documents are easy to find and well-organized- Important tasks and follow-ups don’t get lost- The CEO is able to focus more on leadership and operationsWho This Role Is ForThis role is a great fit for someone who:- Has significant professional experience (often 5–10+ years)- Has supported a founder, executive, or small leadership team- Is highly organized and comfortable creating systems from scratch- Exercises strong judgment and doesn’t need constant direction- Communicates clearly and professionally- Enjoys working independently and taking ownershipSuccessful candidates for this role are:- Experienced Executive Assistants- Former Chiefs of Staff or operations leaders looking for a more focused role- Professionals stepping back from full-time work but still wanting meaningful responsibility- Experienced in communications, marketing, or community organizingRole Details- Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours per week- Flexible schedule, with some daily availability preferred- On-Site; some hybrid possible- Compensation: $28-36/hour, depending on experience- Can start immediately - Applicant must be Twin Cities-basedWhy This Role MattersThis role directly impacts the effectiveness of the CEO and the organization as a whole.
