Inter-Con remains 100% family owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high requirement security solutions.Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters.Job DescriptionThe Recruiting Manager will lead a team of Recruiters that source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants to Inter-Con’s Recruitment Platform powered by Paycom for Security Professional Positions. The Manager will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner. The Manager will utilize recruitment best-practices to reduce Unbillable Overtime (UBOT) and Security Professional turnover.Primary ResponsibilitiesDetermine current staffing needs and produce forecasts for and provide support and strategy to fill those positionsOversee the budget for recruitment costs and manage all vendor relationships and spendManage and control the use of all agency recruitmentWork with the various business leaders of our subsidiary companies to determine recruitment strategies and processes to support their individual business entitiesCreate consistencies across all business entities as it relates to the mitigation of risk and complianceLead employment branding initiatives to include the creation of content and campaigns to drive awarenessCreate sourcing strategies to fill open positions and the building of pipelines that anticipate future needsPlan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experienceAssist in employee retention and developmentOrganize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other eventsDevelop metrics and reports that identify areas of improvement, trends, and provide visibility to current staffing needs in all businessesMake strategic recommendations to leadership on an ongoing basis as the talent infrastructure is builtManage weekly/daily staff meetingsNew recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriatelyEnsure recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP & other regulatory requirements related to recruitmentWork with Operational leadership to manage recruitment pipeline and identify areas of frictionManage regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for best ROI AdditionalResponsibilitiesWork in partnership with Operations to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment / retention activitiesHold recruiter team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirementsQualificationsOther requirements or competencies:Proven experience driving goals, executing projects and problem solvingOutstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skillsExperience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systemsStrong computer/Internet experience and ability to learn and adopt new technologyPositive and upbeat in a team environment – a motivatorAbility to supervise and motivate others long distance (other cities in the region)Organized, efficient time managementCreative and self-motivated – continually seeks ways to improve self and companyAbility to travel up to 25% of time5+ years in Recruitment and 3+ years leading teams.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment brandingUnderstanding of all selection methods and techniquesProficient in the use of social media and job boardsWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rolesWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom) and databasesExcellent communicatorWell OrganizedBachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or prior service Military as an NCO with experience in recruiting) or 10+ years’ work experiencePHR or SPHR licenses/certificate requiredPrior service Military experience in recruiting is highly desirableMust be proficient in Microsoft ExcelThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
