Client Services OfficerRiverside, CA Position Overview: The Client Services Officer provides advanced secretarial, administrative, and operational support to the Relationship Management team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the regional office and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting commercial banking functions. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operations of the regional office. Perform word processing, maintain files, and manage office supplies. Support general office management and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Prepare data and conduct analysis on account holders and account information. Customer & Relationship Management Support: Assist Relationship Managers with administrative tasks such as letters, financial requests, and status updates. Help customers open appropriate account types and gather required documentation. Review legal and account documentation to ensure bank assets are protected. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of service. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with commercial banking policies and procedures. Consult with Quality Control, BSA, or other departments as needed. Stay informed of new developments affecting corporate banking. Process Improvement: Recommend new methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: College degree preferred but not required. Ideally seeking 23 years of banking experience. Experience with business formation documents and account creation is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
