Vice President of Construction Operations

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000/yearWhat is it for you:A premier luxury residential construction company specializing in upper-bracket, custom single-family homes.Known for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized design-build execution for high-net-worth homeowners.Internal team includes construction managers, project managers, designers, craftsmen, and operational specialists dedicated to high-quality standards.Offers a stable, well-established work environment with strong client demand and long-term project pipelines in the luxury housing space.Stable, growing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancementCompetitive compensation and benefitsWhat you will be doing:Manage SW Bidding/Estimating, budget management, and document control.Lead client meetings throughout the project lifecycle.Supervise project managers and ensure adherence to standards.Oversee change orders, purchase orders, service operations, and quality assurance inspections.Develop and manage project budgets, participate in quarterly and annual budgeting, and oversee P&L performance.Review and approve budgets and monthly draw requests.Manage a team of 7, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.Administer incentive programs and handle disciplinary actions.Serve as SW Build Tools Administrator and provide BT 2.0 tech support.Implement bid processes, develop policies, and identify process improvements.Maintain client relationships, attend PM/client meetings, and resolve conflicts.Present project budgets and participate in specification meetings.Stay current on building codes and best practices; ensure safety and compliance.Participate in permitting and recruiting trade partners. Experience you will need:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business (MBA a plus).Minimum 10+ years in residential construction, including 5+ years in senior leadership.Must have luxury/upper-bracket single-family custom home experience.Proven success managing complex, high-end residential builds from design through completion.Strong client-facing ability; comfortable working with HNW clientele.High-level experience in budgeting, cost modeling, design coordination, and operational leadership.Technology-savvy with construction management platforms.
