We are TASC!We are currently looking for full-time – Case ManagerStarting at $44,676 – $47,650 contingent upon experience, education, etc.Position Summary: This position will provide addiction intervention, AODA counseling and recovery support services to clients and their families. This position is responsible for bringing services, agencies, resources, and other people together to assist clients in achieving established goals. This position may also work with high-risk caseloads, co-occurring clients, families, and children.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEvaluates, facilitates, and monitors clients’ progress in relationship to established goals and objectives. Documents progress on a monthly basis.Provides direct services and coordinate other services, resources and programs to assist clients in achieving their established service plan goals and objectives.Screens and assess client for their appropriateness for agency services.Utilizes appropriate documenting resources (ECR) and documents accurately and timely with the understanding of the regulatory and compliance implications.Ensures documentation and service hour goals are met within the timelines established by the agency and/or regulationsCompletes and maintain all required documentation pertaining to clients (documentation, ECR, finding letter and status reports)Facilitates individual or group orientation and client drug screensDevelops effective working relationship with the criminal justice system and service providersRepresents the agency in client staffing, probation, parole, provider networks and court hearingsProvides referrals for identified needs of the client and crisis intervention as neededCompletes and maintains all required documentation which includes, documenting the results of assessments, service plans, reports, progress notes, discharge summaries and other client-related activities including accurate reporting of servicesOur Ideal CandidateHigh school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 2 years of related experience in the human service fieldMinimum of 2 - 3 years of management experienceIndividuals with criminal records and other lived experience are encouraged to apply and able to obtain security clearanceCADC certification within two years of employment with TASC may be required based on contractual obligationsConsiderable knowledge of the current ASAM placement criteria, DSM-V as it relates to substance-related disorders, and Code of Ethics for substance abuse professionals, or the ability to acquire the knowledge.Knowledge of trauma informed care models of serviceExcellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively work as a part of a professional teamOur Benefits Package IncludesMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance and Flexible SpendingPaid Leave - Short-term Disability (STD)Paid Time Off/Sick Time/ Floating HolidayTuition Reimbursement403 B (retirement plan)If you are interested in this position, please visit the TASC website at www.tasc.org and apply online.TASC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free workplace.
