In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels - owning projects from concept through final production while ensuring alignment with brand standards. This role is well-suited for someone who values brand stewardship and understands that strong design within defined parameters requires skill, discipline, and attention to detail.What You'll DoCreative Development & ExecutionDesign and produce marketing and communication materials including print collateral, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media contentDevelop multimedia assets including basic motion graphics and video content, aligned with brand standardsSupport development of messaging, headlines, and visual storytelling elements as neededBrand StewardshipEnsure consistent application of MICA's brand standards across all materialsProvide guidance to internal teams on design best practices and brand complianceSupport the evolution of MICA's brand across print and digital channelsProject Ownership & CollaborationLead creative projects from concept through final production, managing timelines, priorities, and revisionsPartner with Marketing & Corporate Communications and cross-functional departments to support business initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in creative processesProduction & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors to ensure quality and alignment with project objectivesManage print production specifications, schedules, and budgetsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate environmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Premiere Pro and After Effects experience preferredWorking knowledge of motion graphics and video editingDemonstrated ability to produce clean, professional, structured designs aligned with corporate brand standardsFamiliarity with print production processes and file preparationStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write copy or headlines as neededExperience leveraging AI tools to gain efficiencies while maintaining quality and human oversightStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryDay 1 benefits, including comprehensive insurance with low deductibles37.5-hour workweekHybrid work schedule after initial onboarding13 paid holidays (including 3 floating days)401(k) with company match up to 6%Pension planTuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per yearAt MICA, we believe in doing meaningful work alongside people who care.
