The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the school, including meeting instructional, school culture, operations, fundraising, external relations, and financial management goals. This role involves working closely with a Senior Leadership Team and a Board of Trustees, serving as the primary liaison with external audiences, and managing a significant annual operating budget. The Head of School will be expected to inspire and lead the school community, ensuring that the school's mission and goals are effectively implemented and that the best interests of the students and their families are always at the forefront. Essential functions of the Head of School include leading the vision for success in education, inspiring all stakeholders, managing and developing senior staff, and partnering with the Board of Trustees and funders to secure necessary resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, a deep commitment to the values of the school, and the ability to bring an entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach to the role.
