Program Manager- Cybersecurity

Job TitleArea of Responsibility: Onboard and offboard Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, Infrastructure, Networking and Service Delivery projects. Ensure the 12 projects with 16M total budget align with business goals and are delivered within the forecasted budget by year and conduct planning and budgeting for future years. Assist SONIC Stakeholders with resourcing and stakeholder communications.Key Activities:Organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects.Developing strategies and objectives for programs.Coordinating cross-project activities.Managing budgets and timelines.Assessing program performance and ensuring efficiency.Leading and evaluating project managers and teams.Handling risk management and problem-solving.Lead large, complex strategic projects or programs, assuming accountability for delivering resultsManage project/program team, including other project managers, NWN and external resourcesDevelop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using NWN PMO tools and templatesIdentify, manage, and resolve inter-project/program dependencies, working with other PMs and NWN stakeholdersConduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgetsCreate and maintain project/program operating model, including working with key stakeholders and steering committeesDefine resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managersManage vendor relationships to align vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project planEstablish, maintain, and update project risk log. Resolve project issues and escalate as appropriateManage project change control and follow existing policiesEnsure project-related documentation is accurate and completeQualifications:Master's degree in business, technology or related field preferred7+ years of progressive project management leadership experiencePMI or equivalent certification preferredStrong leadership and organizational skills.Experience in project/program management.Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management softwareStrong preference is to have experience in leading Cybersecurity, Compliance and Infrastructure projects or the following technologies: Azure, SailPoint, Red Hat Satellite, Hypervisor, Splunk, M365.Thorough knowledge of project and program management theories, models, and techniquesDemonstrated success applying project management concepts and techniques across large, mission-critical projects/programsStrong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated analytical skills, including problem solving and critical thinking, with attention to detailAbility to facilitate meetings and manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacyAbility to gain and maintain credibility at all levels of the organizationUnderstanding of business process improvement and change management desired
