In this pivotal role, you'll verify process accuracy, prevent defects, and support continuous improvement - all within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Shifts Available3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am, $21.32/hWeekend Shift: Friday 11pm - 11am, Saturday 11pm - 11am (double time!), and two weeknights of your choice, $20.08/hWhat You'll DoLead process auditsConduct routine audits across production lines to ensure compliance with all standards and specificationsReview product dimensions, appearance, labeling, and packagingIdentify potential quality issues early and collaborate with operators and team leadersAccurately document findings for tracking and continuous improvementConduct detailed inspectionsInspect materials, components, and finished goods for quality requirementsVerify calibration and functionality of equipment used in testingMonitor process checkpoints throughout production for consistencyPerform hands-on product testingCarry out physical tests including measuring, weighing, durability checks, and fit/function evaluationsRecord results using established QA tools and documentationProvide feedback to help determine product acceptance or reworkCollaborate with your teamCommunicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and QA teammatesSupport team goals focused on quality, safety, and productivityHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceWhat We're Looking ForWillingness to learn quality assurance and sampling methodsStrong attention to detail with the ability to spot defectsClear communication skills - written and verbalBasic English reading/writing for documentation and safety requirementsWhy Work with Manpower?Weekly payDedicated recruiter supportOpportunities to build skills and grow your careerAccess to Manpower benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Ready to make an impact?
