We pride ourselves on offering the latest styles, exceptional service, and a personalized client experience.We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Flooring Sales & Design Consultant to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be the face of Creative Floors, guiding homeowners, designers, and contractors through our high-end flooring options. You won't just be selling products; you’ll be managing the client relationship from the initial showroom visit all the way through to final installation.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations: Welcome clients into the showroom, understand their design vision and functional needs, and recommend the perfect flooring solutions (hardwood, carpet, rugs).Project Management: Own your projects from start to finish. This includes visiting site with estimator during on-site measures if necessary, preparing accurate bids/quotes, and coordinating seamlessly with our operations manager and office admin.Relationship Building: Network and build long-lasting relationships with local custom home builders, interior designers, real estate agents, and repeat clients in the Vail Valley.Product Expertise: Maintain a deep, up-to-date knowledge of our product lines & installation methods.What You Bring To The TableProven Sales Experience: Successful track record in sales.Hustle & Drive: Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to close deals and maximize your commission in a high-end, luxury market.Detail-Oriented: Calculate square footage, put together accurate price quotes, and manage the fine details of each client’s flooring orders.Excellent Communicator: Professional, articulate, and skilled at building trust with high-net-worth clients and industry professionals.The PerksHigh Earning Potential: $60k Base Salary + commission (The more you sell, the more you earn).Epic Ski Pass401K with Company MatchDental PlanPaid Vacation, Sick Time & HolidaysCell Phone ReimbursementCompany Vehicle (kept at showroom—used by all employees for site visits and measures)Employee Discounts on products and services
