What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for patients with heart conditions in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and recommending appropriate interventions. Participate in hospital rounds and provide care for assigned inpatients. Interpret diagnostic tests, such as nuclear cardiology studies (preferred but not mandatory). Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers within the cardiology department. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Epic electronic medical record system. Who You Are: Board-certified in Internal Medicine with a fellowship in Cardiology (preferred). Current and active license to practice medicine in Montana (MT) or through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiology conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Proficient in Epic electronic medical record system. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to work within a variable call schedule, primarily consisting of phone consultations.
