Door Person

## Job Overview We are seeking a Door Person to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. You will be responsible for directing traffic to the third floor of the building and escorting guests to our piano lounge. This job will involve a lot of moving and assisting guest outside and inside. ## Responsibilities - Greet guests upon arrival and departure - Provide directions and information about the Piano Lounge - Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times - Collaborate with the bar and host for guest needs and ## Qualifications - Previous experience is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality - Ability to work nights as needed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Evenings as needed Evening shift Nights as needed Rotating weekends Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: Wilmington, NC 28401 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Wilmington, NC 28401: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
