Senior PostgreSQL Database Engineer, RDS

Overview In this role you will help shape the RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL experience, working closely with developers, product and program managers. You’ll diagnose critical escalations, advocate for the customer, and drive end-to-end feature improvements that enhance performance and reliability. You’ll contribute to open-source discussions and broaden your expertise beyond PostgreSQL to other engines. The work combines hands-on design, coding, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. This role offers meaningful impact on a foundational AWS service and its large customer base.
