In this role, you'll be the lead in maintaining and improving quality systems, driving compliance initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role oversees Quality and Compliance programs aligned with AS9100/ISO9001 standards and CMMC initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory alignment, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This could be for you!Quality Manager Responsibilities:Quality System Oversight Maintain and lead an audit-ready AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management SystemOversee compliance with REACH, RoHS, sustainability, and environmental reportingManage document control, record retention, and quality recordsCoordinate internal and external audits; act as Management Representative for QMSEnsure customer communication related to quality is timely and accurateContinuous Improvement & Compliance Analyze audit findings and QMS data to drive process improvementsManage the Quality, Compliance, and CI teams; conduct internal audits and GEMBA walksEnsure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Support ITAR registration and CMMC certification effortsReview contracts, flow-downs, and technical documentation for compliance and capabilityLeadership & TrainingTrain and mentor teams on QMS requirements, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsOversee inspection processes and enforce standards across materials and productsDevelop and maintain SOPs related to quality and complianceQuality Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; ASQ Certification preferred5+ years in Quality or Compliance roles within manufacturing2+ years in a supervisory or leadership roleExperience with AS9100, ISO9001, ITAR, blueprint reading, and inspection processesFamiliarity with CMMC is a plusBenefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)Paid Time OffShort and Long Term disabilityVoluntary Life Insurance401k with Employer Match / ContributionESOPBe the first to learn about future positions by joining our Newsletter and following us on LinkedIn!Konik is an equal opportunity employer.
