This will be an on-site position located in Albuquerque, NM to support program leadership and Government engagement.POSITION DUTIES:Serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for the overall management and execution of a Federal occupational medical services contract supporting the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Human Reliability Program (HRP).Accountable for end-to-end contract performance, including staffing, operations, compliance, and quality assurance across multiple medical service areas.Act as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and senior program stakeholders, ensuring delivery of high-quality medical, psychological, and occupational health services in support of national security missions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the single point of contact for Government leadership (CO/COR and program officials)Provide overall contract management and performance oversightLead staffing, scheduling, and workforce management across medical and support personnelEnsure compliance with:Contract requirementsDOE/NNSA regulationsOccupational health and HRP program standardsOversee:Clinical operationsMedical support servicesProgram reporting and deliverablesManage program resources, including:Budget oversightPersonnel performanceOperational efficiencyIdentify and resolve performance issues and implement continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate program goals, policies, and priorities to contractor staffREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years of relevant program management experience, including:Staffing and workforce managementBudgeting and resource planningScheduling and operational oversightClient/customer engagement (preferably Federal Government)Demonstrated experience managing medical, occupational health, or clinical service programsExperience leading multi-disciplinary teams (clinical, administrative, and technical staff)Proven ability to:Interface with senior Government stakeholdersManage contract performance and deliverablesEnsure regulatory and compliance adherencePREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Experience supporting DOE, DoD, or Federal health/HRP-type programsFamiliarity with:Occupational medicine programsMedical readiness or workforce health programsHigh-reliability or safety-sensitive environmentsEDUCATION:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - RequiredCERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE:Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (any U.S. state) - RequiredAbility to maintain licensure throughout employmentPREFERRED:Certifications in occupational health, case management, or program management (e.g., COHN, CCM, PMP)CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE clearance (L or Q level)Ability to pass:Background investigationDrug screening and suitability requirementsMin.
